As the lead Product Designer, my responsibilities encompassed the entire design lifecycle from user research to visual design and user experience.
Collaboration
Collaboration was vital in creating a cohesive and successful product. I worked closely with developers, product managers, and content creators.
User-centered design process
Idea
In each phase of the design process, designers focus on the users and their needs, which is know as user-centered design (UCD ). UCD `s design team use a number of research and design methods to involve user throughout the design process , creating in a highly usable and accessible product for them.
User persona
We created a user persona based on our target user groups and all the information gathered through our research we were able to create one character who present our target user for the app. User persona are made to understand things from the point of view of all users.
UI design (MVP)
To begin with, because we could not get enough data from the university staff and we were not allowed to work with the university systems, we decided to create an MVP in the first place so that we can know our users more accurately and provide a better solution.
Usability testing
After the end of the MVP, we started testing with real users so that we can understand their problems properly

We had 4 features at the beginning of this project, but with the tests we said, we realized that our users needed one feature and the rest of them were redundant and confused them.
And according to the test that has been said, we realized that our software should do it in the simplest mode and at a high speed

A wireframes is a diagram a set of diagrams that consist of simple lines and shapes representing the skeleton of a website or an application`s user interface (UI) and core functionality
